The growth outlook for landscape architecture is a positive one. Governmental agencies, business communities, and individuals have an increasing awareness of the importance of life-enrichment programs involving landscape architecture. In response, MTWgroup plans to grow by hiring individuals who each have a strong desire for personal, professional, and community growth and who will each

take personal initiative to stay abreast of new technology, products, services, governmental codes, and environmental and marketing issues that affect the firm. As a small, highly productive and efficient firm, MTWgroup looks for highly-motivated team players and accepts resumes for the following positions:

 

CAD Operator

A detail-oriented, time-sensitive individual with a degree and/or background in landscape architecture or related fields; proficiency in the AutoCAD software release used by the firm in a Windows environment; the ability to follow written and

verbal instructions; a commitment to meet deadlines; and a desire to learn and grow with the firm. Responsibilities could grow from CAD Operator to assistant project manager, depending on the abilities and initiative of the individual.

 

Designer

An energetic, creative, talented, versatile individual with very good freehand graphic presentation skills and an ability to work quickly

and efficiently to produce working drawings in the AutoCAD software release currently in use by the firm.

 

Assistant Project Manager

An individual familiar with general office procedures who has the ability to manage projects; a good understanding of contract documents and specifications; the ability to effectively communicate in written form; the ability to provide cost estimating services,

including quantity take-offs; familiarity with construction administration; and the ability to work quickly and efficiently to produce working drawings in the AutoCAD software release currently in use by the firm.

 

Office Assistant

A computer-literate, client-oriented individual with a knowledge of computer software programs in use by the firm; the ability to follow written and verbal instructions;

good communication skills; a commitment to meet deadlines; and a desire to learn and grow with the firm.
